We're excited to share the recently added features with you!

New features

• Resident Living Will - More details on this article here.

  • Possibility to add signatures.

  • Manual entry of trusted persons is not possible. Trusted persons shown will be the contact persons who are marked as Authorised Representatives.

  • Trusted persons Admin configuration - Allowing single/multiple entries, and defining the sequence of selection of trusted persons.

• Dashboard (BETA**) - The following dashboard widgets are now available:

  • Birthdays Widget - Display the birthdays of your residents within a dashboard tile.

  • Greeting Widget - Display a friendly greeting to your users.

  • Recent Activity Widget - Display a list of all recent activities carried out by your staff for the residents.

  • Widgets sizing and arranging on canvas - Size and flexibly arrange the widgets as per liking.

**BETA features are new features we’ve added to the platform, that might still have a few issues and we’d love your feedback to improve!

Improvements

• Gastro App Orders List - Export to excel Improvement

• Resident Profile

  • Adding multiple E-Mail-IDs for Contact Persons, Doctors, Insurances, Payers is possible

  • Remarks entered for Contact Persons, Doctors, Insurances, Payers are always expanded and visible.

  • Entering a custom value in the Title field for doctors is possible

• Resident Calendar

  • Technical improvements only - Migration to Vue

  • Editor added for Description Field

• Vitals

  • Comments on vitals are now displayed as an expandable field.

• Medications

  • Entering 3 digit numbers for the Dosage of Fixed and Reserve Medications is enabled. Previously only 2 digit numbers for the dosage were permitted.

• Transfer Report

  • Vital sign entries recorded in the last 10 days will be displayed

  • Bowel movements recorded in the last 10 days added to the report

  • Measures restricting freedom added to the report

• Dashboard Reports

  • Multiple improvements

  • Global Reports visibility for Administrators - Administrators shall be able to access all global reports.

• Dashboard App authorisation improvement

• Archive Residents

  • Edit authorisations added

  • Configuration of in-app and email notifications added about the expiry of the archiving period

• Form Builder (BETA**)

  • Making a copy of components is possible

  • Creating components in a hierarchy is possible - it is possible to create "child" components under a "parent" component

  • Improvement when adding checkboxes / radio buttons

  • Improvement when adding component Select

  • Entry/Exit Dates Section - Location after exit cannot be unselected

  • Entry/Exit Dates Section - Fields are not emptied if entered incorrectly

  • Reports - Issue with authorisation

  • Authorisations for Dashboard should be adjusted
