This release adds several features to optimize kitchen planning and organization.
⏰ Order deadline per menu
Kitchen managers can now define an individual date and time as the order deadline.
• After the deadline has passed, no orders are possible via the app.
• A lock icon marks menus after the order deadline has been reached.
• Subsequent orders can only be recorded manually by the kitchen.
This increases planning reliability and reduces last-minute changes.
👤 Resident preference fields in the customer overview
Meal preferences (e.g. portion sizes, consistencies, exclusions) are now directly visible under:
Gastronomy > Customers
• Faster overview for kitchen and service
• Less navigation effort
• Better transparency for individual requirements
🪑 Table plan management
A structured table plan is now available under:
Gastronomy > Menu Orders > Table Plan
• Clear seat planning
• Flexible management of tables and capacities
If the feature isn’t visible, an administrator can activate it in the configuration.
