
When should this feature be used?Use these features when residents receive services or products (e.g. transport services, haircuts) that need to be billed. These items must be configured in the product catalog beforehand.
Available Service Entry MethodsEdelion provides three different ways to add services to billing. Depending on the situation, you can choose the workflow that best fits your needs.
Select one or more services from the catalog, add them to the basket, and assign them to a resident.

Permissions for Service EntryTo record services, the required permissions must be enabled for the user role. If you do not have access to one of the workflows described above, please check the assigned permissions or contact your local administrator..
